This patient adaptor is design for clad wheels that has a plastic covers over steel / aluminum wheels. American auto manufactures such as Chrysler, and GM have vehicles equip with chrome wheels. These chrome clad wheels can be described as a wheel that has a chromed stainless steel or plastic fascia that is permanently attached to a steel or alloy wheel. Once the wheel fascia is damaged, it is nearly impossible to repair. That is where the clad wheel adaptor is the perfect solution for this problem. Three special studs secure the wheel to the table top by making contact with the lug holes instead of the clad.
