RETURN POLICY
When exchanging or returning of an item, it must be accompanied by receipt and in its original packaging. Sale and regular priced merchandise can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping fees will apply. We reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.
15% restocking fee will be charged on all returns. Delivery fees and oversize fees are non-refundable.

Refund Options
You can choose to have a refund returned to you by the original form of payment or receive a store credit.
Damaged/ Defective Items
Please provide photos of damage merchandise AND shipping box, SKU number and order number.
Shipping
Most standard orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. At this time, we currently do not offer expedited shipping unless you pay an additional fee. Your final shipping cost and estimated delivery timeframe will be available to you at checkout. Some items may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery timeframe due to holidays and/or shipping carriers. Our standard shipping method is ground or USPS shipping.
International
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country.
